Excellent record store, lot of soundtracks, mostly 50s, 60s, 70s, owned by two lovely ladies that are adamant to keep the alphabetical order, better know what you re looking for, a gem in its own authentic way. To everybody whining about the « client experience » keep buying your records on Amazon instead of supporting your local businesses and don’t come crying when those amazing genuine historic places are closed.

didn't have a single issue coming here and looking for records myself. I was even offered help if I needed it. Some people are just so demanding of places like this. It's an old record store, relax and look around at your own pace. Have you forgotten how to take care of yourselves do you really need someone to bend to your every whims

This place is heavy on a certain 70's-ish era of records that doesn't really fit my want list, but I did find a couple of gems. Lots of musicals was cool. The ladies were cool with me but I also was polite to them. :)

Absolute dump of a "store" ran by 2 incredibly miserable sun dried rotten leather 'bos. One of them loves to tell you not to look through stacks of records while staring at you. It doesn't matter if you interact with them or not. The vibes are as dusty and dirty as the inside. There are zero redeeming qualities about this place. I am digger of 14 years, I have been through just about every type of nasty moldy dusty messy place to dig. I don't mind it. It's apart of the process. I've dealt with miserable people too. There are cool record dealers, then there are these type. IYKYK. Garbage records, garbage prices, garbage attitudes and garbage customer interaction. -100/10. First time visiting and my last time. Best part is, I made out with a 45 that I flipped next day for 75 bucks and bought for 3. Great job ladies. How ya like them apples?

What an awful experience. My son and I will never go back there again. When we arrived we were met by two ladies at the entrance that asked us if there was something specific we were looking for because if not they had an appointment and were closing. It was 4:30pm. I told them it said online that they are open until 5:30 pm. One of the ladies then said they have never been open until 5:30 since before the pandemic. I said that they should revise their hours of business because that is misleading. I told them we drove down from north county but they didn't care. One lady said "well then, why did you come just now?" We left and walked down the street to Soul Shack records were we had a completely opposite experience. It was great. They have a very friendly and helpful staff there.
