An honest little record shop. The kind I didn't think existed anymore, certainly not in San Jose.
This record store could use Notorious James -Stop Talking New single as merch. Checout Audveo new sells marketing strategy.
My husband went here to try to sell some vinyls (all variants of Chappell Roans RFMWP) and he was incredibly rude and didn't even take a look. Apparently they only buy "Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, and Ozzy". I did not expect them to take all or even more than one, but there were two exclusive sold out vinyls in there valued online at over $100. He wouldn't know that though because he didn't even look. I wouldn't go here if you're interested in selling or buying anything other than old school rock. Pretentious!
Picture this: nestled cozily between Park Street Hosiery and the Egyptian Museum, On the Corner Music Record Shop is a hidden gem for all you music cats out there. It might look small, but trust me, it's packed with some seriously groovy albums and 45s that cater to every taste under the sun. And let's talk about the man behind the counter—Jeff Jagged. He's not just the owner; he's the vibe curator, a seriously cool dude who's always ready to drop some music knowledge. But hold up, there's more! This joint throws these occasional swap meets that are like gold mines for music lovers. I'm talking about digging through crates and stumbling upon some real treasures. And the best part? The prices are fair, none of that wallet-draining nonsense. You feel me? Whether you're a vinyl aficionado or just someone who loves good tunes, a visit to On the Corner Music Record Shop is a must. It's where the beats are bumpin', the vibes are chill, and you're bound to leave with a smile and some new musical gems in hand.
Jeff is super cool and has a great collection at the store! Will definitely be coming back.
