Kloud K-Pop

I’ve been to many kpop stores in the Bay Area, and Kloud is definitely my favorite. Their prices are lower than the other shops, and they have a wide selection of groups. I appreciate how they consistently update their instagram with the availability of newer releases. I drove an 45 mins to a different kpop store once, just to find out they sold out of a new item hours prior (without any notice)! After attending their ateez pop up over the weekend, it’s safe to say that they’re one of the most organized stores here. Many people, including myself, lined up early for the pop up and the staff would walk down the line to distribution the pop up photocards so we’re not waiting hours on end for nothing. I definitely recommend Kloud to all my kpop friends☺️

So excited to have a Kpop stores in San Jose! We love coming here for the great selection and friendly staff. Also love seeing all the other fans from around the area always come to the store. It's always bumpin when we go! Would love to see more accessories like stickers, keychains, figurines, plushies etc. Highly recommend coming here as San Jose's finest kpop destination!

Very friendly staff and easy to find merchandise. Staff quickly and nicely helps customers find merchandise around the store. They also greet customers as they walk in.

Staff are friendly and they have good selections of Kpop albums like Ive and Babymonster. This is their older location, but the new one is nicer.

I’m so glad I found this K-pop store! They have such a wide selection of albums, lightsticks, merch, and even rare items that are hard to find elsewhere. Everything was well-organized, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, they really know their K-pop too, which made the whole experience even better. I also appreciated how carefully they packaged everything. My album arrived in perfect condition and even included some cute freebies! Whether you’re a casual listener or a hardcore stan, this store is a must-visit. Can’t wait to come back for my next haul!
