I have to admit, even after reading the reviews I was skeptical of the quality of this coat and jacket for the price. WOW, they knocked it out of the park! The quality is superb and the material looks and feels as you would expect for an authentic historical suit.

I love your products, but I AM disappointed. Y'all replaced your britches with a different maker, the buttons are inferior. The other maker (the one with brown square on the butt) it actually had solid metal buttons. These plastic ones won't last. STILL, material itself is quality! NO reflection on you! You're still an amazing retainer. LIFETIME MEMBER, for sure!!

Ordered something for Halloween. Over a week after I ordered the Item, 1 day before the item was supposed to arrive, I got a cancellation email. No Notice, No communication. They cancelled my order 2 days before Halloween. I am now screwed for Halloween and need to come up with a last minute costume. The cancellation itself is not the issue. It was the lack of communication and last minute cancellation that screwed my plans that really bothers me.

Amazing place and very friendly staff. We didnt realize this was an online storefront and drove to San Jose during xmas season to get an outfit for the Dickens fair. Despite us not having the appointment, a friendly lady (I feel terrible for not being able to recall her name), one of the staff members let us in and helped me pick out a few wonderful pieces for my costume, despite the unusually busy season. Truly above and beyond.The outfit turned out great. I love that they have clothes that are fitted well for men of tall stature. (Turns out the founder / owner is 6,5”, so their pants come hemmed at a 36” inseam, which was perfect for me. If the wonderful lady that helped us sees this review I would. be happy to edit and include your name. We stopped by on December 6th, 2024.

GREAT quality clothing. However, customer service was underwhelming. Was told in March/April I could exchange some pants that were past the return policy (which was outstanding). I was working out of town so I couldn't send the pants back until July. Just received a call saying that they will no longer accept my return and to eat my shipping cost. Not going to switch business bc they're top notch quality but I was severely disappointed for the first time with this company.
