I never write reviews but I’m so beyond frustrated. I was sneakily signed up for their paid vip membership program without my consent or knowledge. The cashier told me I could get 10% off today if I put in my email. I asked if it was free. He said yes. The word membership or subscription was never mentioned. I figured it was like hot topic where you get coupons every now and again or like marketing emails. I didn’t think anything of it or even sign anything. Fast forward 4 months I have been charged 11.99 every month. It was so difficult to cancel and I’m still awaiting my full refund. I only found out today when I was looking through my bank statements. Side note multiple of the employees are creepy towards women as well, which is just the cherry on top.

I like the stuff they sell at this store but the guy at the register was pretty rude. My son made a purchase and he put his items in a bag then my daughter made a purchase after him and he asked if she wanted to use the same bag or if we wanted another bag. I asked him for another bag because I didn't want their things mixed up. So he grabbed my daughter's shirts, balled them up and stuffed them in the bag. I couldn't believe he did that it was hella rude. I asked why he couldn't fold them and put them in the bag properly and he said he had a line. This guy needs some customer service training badly. There were only a couple of people in line so he had no excuse.

I liked this store because they had unique items you can’t seem to find anywhere else. But, the employees at the register sneakily sign you up for a monthly subscription when you’re checking out with a card. It’s been a big hassle with having to cancel my card because they make it nearly impossible to cancel the subscription. All I have to say is if you’re purchasing item here with your card, pay attention to what the employees are doing.

Never been to this store before, but they have some cool collectibles.

This store is great. Employees alwayss ready to help you. The store manager is really nice and alwayss greating there customers. The manager her name i believe is Amaya. So if your looking for something for your kids or grandkids they will help you out.
