Absolutely great store! I visited while traveling and despite me not being able to buy anything (airline travel so no way of transporting anything useful) the staff were very kind and happily let me listen to a couple of setups. The store has several well designed listening rooms with lots of properly good hifi equipment ranging from a sub 1k to 150k plus setups. And finally the staff is definitely quite knowledgeable. If I lived in the area I would definitely get my hifi setup from this store!

Me and my brother have only gone here. A couple of times, and our first time we went. One of the employees played our vinyls for us, and even clean one of them for FREE 😳. And one of the employees were very passionate about what they were talking about. And I love that and all the employees are helpful. I have gone in there to ask for advice and came out with some new Knowledge.

Had a great and welcoming experience here with Gordon, who went above and beyond to help me get the right speakers for me... And after a few days tweaking the positioning and amp settings, they sound fantastic in my space. The staff did go above and beyond, even helping me moving boxes etc. A great place to go for a true hifi fan (though in my opinion their cinema demo room is WAY too bass heavy at the expense of front stage crystalline clarity 😆). Very happy with my decision. Nothing beats going in to hear the speakers first hand before making a decision

Allen was great to first meet here he helped me figure out the best of the expensive headphones on the market really got a feel difference between open back and close back headphones and what best fits my needs. Here’s caring offered water coffee top quality service that makes you feel at home for all your audio needs at all price points. If you have questions they have answers can’t think of a better spot for all your audio needs!! Even an awesome movie theatre in here if you want one

What an amazing series of visits to HiFi Buys. Went in looking solve a headphone problem and was introduced Will, the headphone guru. Very rarely do you find an employee anywhere who will go to the ends of the earth to solve a problem and then share their vast knowledge. No sales pressure or trying to walk you into buying something that they like, as opposed to what suits your ears. Will asked specific questions and laid out demos to try. This man was very close to the mark and then fine tuned selections even further from $ to $$$$. What an experience. Regardless if you are an accomplished audiophile or new to the audio world Will is your man. I walked in knowing very little and walked out a lot better off. I ended up buying two different headphones on separate occasions, a Focal Bathys for travel and a Meze Elite for home, specifically because Will more than earned my loyalty. HiFi Buys made everything a great experience.
