The guys at Big House Guitars were awesome. They were able to expertly repair my Les Paul and at a very reasonable cost. The location itself is really cool and has a vintage vibe that any musician would appreciate. Lots of good/unique inventory and worth the visit if you are shopping for quality gear.
Amazing service and nice folks. Not much of a reviewer, but Micheal remembered me after one visit where I only bought a couple picks. Brought in my guitar for a proper set up and both Russ and Micheal were great. It’s always intimidating being a hobbyist going to guitar shops but these guys couldn’t have been more welcoming. Excited to be a long-term customer. Do yourself a favor and stop by.
To start, I never purchased anything from Big House Guitars. I never even set foot inside the physical store. I reached out to them over long distance to inquire about a very unique item listed for sale. I had a ton of questions about the item and their sales rep, Michael, provided stellar service offering significant care and time to answer all my questions in great detail. Ultimately, I was unable to complete the purchase due to unrelated factors, but I’m greatly appreciative of the shopping experience they provided. Southern hospitality shines through at Big House Guitars and they’ll make you feel special as a customer. In my view, they are probably the best music store you could imagine. Kudos and thanks!
Great experience with this place. They answered my questions and were kind enough to send some extra pictures of the pedal I ended up buying. Item was quickly delivered, well packaged and just as described. Sounds great. Thanks for everything and the fair pricing.
After thinking about it for like 5 years (I didn't want to rush into things), I finally went to Big House Guitars yesterday to buy gifts for a guitar-loving nephew and what a great place we stumbled into! Amazing vintage guitars, a great staff, and just a really good vibe to the place...we planned to run in and out but instead stayed an hour talking with the owner...this is true old Atlanta and not to be missed.
