Shuga Records (Logan Square)

Be careful ordering from this record store. They will ship you brand new items in horrible condition. For being independent store they should take pride in what they do. They don’t even respond back to emails or Facebook messages to see what can be done. These people are very hostile. Very rude I have added our Facebook message to the post. I was not looking for a refund or free money etc. simply a yes we shipped you a bad item.

Best record store I’ve ever been to. The selection was unreal and the customer service was 10/10. A must for any record collector while in Chicago.

Great selection of records (based on the discogs page) but when I head in to see what is available in the store there are very few records of what I saw online on discogs. Discogs is a key way for me to determine if I'm going to stop by, and this is discouraging when very few items are available.

Stoked that They opened the new location at Logan. This place is incredible. An insane amount of records and some rare finds. Adam is the man no matter how busy this guy is he takes the time to greet my wife and I and talk with us to make us feel at home. Every time that we have come to Shuga Pat and Olive are always super helpful and run a dope store. I can’t say enough good things about the record store and the people that run it. A must stop if you’re in the Logan square area.
