Let me tell you about an experience, and customer service that was absolutely incredible…… I walked in with a mirror picture of a 1970s artist and within a minute the helpful gentleman I reached out to…..”jump’n Jack “….. knew exactly where each LP, 45 and full vinyl in addition to cassette within one minute. Not having to frantically search through the thousands of beautiful and rare selections he has in the building .. I had two variations in my hands within minutes. It’s so rare, but sometimes when you come across those truly blessed souls who want to make your life three steps easier and better…. I walked in a complete stranger and walked out with a kindred spirit to come back again Keep doing what you do, sir…. thank you So very much for not only being an absolute professionally at what you do and a TRUE customer service ethic that is truly one of a kind… see ‘ya soon! Nuts about this place! It is perfect for: audiophiles, historians, fans of every musical genre including blues, jazz, classical, musicals, hip hop (R and B to my generation), country, folk, and other treasures. The walls are filled with memorabilia; the collections are organized perfectly by genre and artist. If you can't find it here it never existed. And if you don't see it ASK! I was referred to this brother-owned (55+ years and thriving) records place but for repair of a newly-acquired turntable. Randy diagnosed the simply issue by taking it apart in front of me, explaining the relatively easy fix, and charged me very little money for the process. It looks like an old dive bar from the outside but don't be fooled. This is as good as it gets.
