The absolute worst! I called regarding a missing shipment. The owner has dodge all my calls and not attempt to pay for losses. I also had a relative call for a pick up and they refused to go her direction because they "didn't have enough pick ups in her area". Service at the shop is extremely rude, as if are an inconvenience. Only 1 employee, Gil, trys his best to provide customer service given the lack of support from his boss/owner and fellow employees. I am not the only one this owner owed money to. Anyone else interested in a small claims case against him? Not to mention the drinking on site by the owner. Says a lot about his business.

I have been using Sea Breeze for over 5 years and always arrived on time. Great customer service. Al and Zo do an amazing job running this shipping service. Definitely a 5 Star Company 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

The young man on the front desk has no respect no customer service u ask him for the barrel price his head is down in his phone like somebody glue his head to his phone he take the money from u n sit right back down on the chair u have to fine your barrels covers for yourself u have to sort out stuff u ask him a question he giving u attitude like u disturbing him from his phone no recipes nothing the young man need to have some better customer service people are paying u for ur service we are not begging you

The young guy at front desk has horrible customer service he wasn't transparent about pricing at all he lacks communication skills i took my business else where as should you.
