I liked everything about this place, I just didn’t find any records I wanted. Lots of rock, folk and classical. Close to 0 funk, soul or disco, and I dug through all the crates. Cool store clerk with decent taste, nice location and pretty clean. Response to owner: I was just there 4 days ago, spent hours there, I went through every crate, the soul/funk/disco crate was definitely lacking, sorry!

A secret gem with great selections!! No matter the genre! I can spend quite some time digging around here.. Peep the $1 records (thank me later, if I havent already bought all the hit’s 😆)but dont forget to check out new arrivals.. you never know what youre gonna find.. 🔎 Lastly dont forget to keep a ear out while youre there… Dan is usually playing some heat 😮‍💨🔥🎶🎶

Happy three years Arroyo! This is one of my favorite record stores in LA with plenty of street parking- it’s the perfect sized store with tons of new and used 12s and 7s coming in daily - all genres! Used records are fairly graded and priced, neatly organized (alphabetically within each letter in the stacks) and there’s a listening station to preview. Owner Danny and crew are super sweet, accommodating of diggers that spend several hours in the store and always ready with solid recommendations - don’t forget to browse the staff picks! Did i mention it’s dog friendly? I can’t think of any complaints at all, A++++ record store thanks guys :)

Such a great record shop. The prices are fair and competitive, the owner and staff are friendly and helpful and have recommended a few new favourites to me over the years and their second hand section always has new collections arriving. Couldn’t ask for a better local record shop.

Super great selection. New stuff put out every day. I’ve been put on to some great stuff via their staff picks. As far as selling/trading: I work at a store that gives 50% cash value, which is pretty great. I still always go to Danny because I’m styled-out every time and my gut tells me I won’t get a better payout anywhere else.
