I decided to check out Round Trip Records as I met Paul previously at a pop up at Emporium, and was very impressed with their selection! They simply have a greater stock of harder-to-find records than any store in Chicago, with older pressings being priced fairly due to all records being in great condition. But what really stood out to me is the small community of their shop. Paul and David make it their mission to engage with customers, sharing stories about different experiences with artists around the area, and expertly crafting recommendations based on your taste. I'm very excited to return to do some more digging!
