Really bummed by the customer service tonight. 😔😒. My fam came into the shop this evening with 2 different people staffed. Neither said hi or a single word the entire time we were there until our total was read to us. Not hi upon arrival, can I help you during browsing, or hi when we approached the pay counter. It was incredibly uncomfortable and not what we were used to when the owner has always been incredibly kind. Area of opportunity here. We have been shopping with them for many years.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff! They're really quite knowledgeable here and have a terrific selection. The store itself has a great vibe and it's fun to spend time there.

Awesome selection, I was able to find vinyl I couldn't find anywhere else. The staff was awesome and if you get a chance ask to go upstairs, pretty cool items up there.

Great record shop in Eau Claire! Huge selection of records and a cool atmosphere. The layout of the shop had a good flow and the staff were very nice on our visit. It’s definitely worth a stop if you're in the area and looking for some vinyls.

Wow! What an excellent record shop. Huge selection, with something for everyone. Pleasant owner running things and keeping the music spinning. My daughter found the value box for $5.00 irresistible and filled it quite full. LP, 45, reel to reel, cd, cassettes and I can’t r ever is we saw any video disks. They also carry a solid selection of used audio equipment. Be sure to check out the current shop stickers, had to have one for my collection. Highly recommend, and we will return.
