Records Services is just the best company to deal with for all your shredding needs. So convenient and the staff is always so friendly.

My employer (a global chemical manufacturer) has used Record Services for the past 7+ years. They have performed scanning services, storage services and shredding services for us throughout the years. Without fail, each employee that comes onto our site is professional, courteous and willing to follow our strict safety protocols (oddly enough, not a given with all outside contractors but a HUGE factor in who gets to return to the plant). They have scanned thousands upon thousands of pages of documents for us, with outstanding accuracy and speed. I've yet to find a missing page when doing technical research using the scanned documents. When they say they'll get it done within a set time period, they do. I know that my highly technical and information sensitive documents are treated with care and discretion. Their offsite storage is perfect for our business. It's easily accessible if we need to get it and safe for the full time period we have it on their site. They give you an estimate on how long it will take to retrieve your needed boxes at the time of intake, based on your proximity to their headquarters, and have gotten me the needed documentation faster than their window, each and every time. Each month, they swing by the plant on their route to do the monthly shredding. We coordinate bigger shredding events once a year when it's time to clean out large quantities of documents. Each time, they show up on time, get the job done and let us know beforehand an estimate on time, cost, etc. Record Services provides a quality service, is up front and honest with their prices and timelines, and is very easy to deal with. They've consistently done what they said they were going to do and I know that I can contact the onsite manager OR the owner and get the exact same answer each time. I highly recommend Record Services and wish all of my contractors were just like them.

These guys are great!!! Always on top of it and always available to help! I Would highly recommend them everytime. Our company has been with them for years and it has always been so easy to get anything or have them pick up! Great job record services keep up the good work!
