I don't wanna tarnish this place, just here to give my opinion how this spot can run things smoothly for next time. So I went to a fan signing/meet and greet event for Baby Keem, I arrived pretty earlier to scope out the scene in hopes to meet him. I'm not sure who was running this event for Baby Keem but they need to have better communicating skills, cause I was dealt with being lied and not have a good experience.. I was told to wait outside till the line was over and I was like cool, because I didn't pre order a vinyl at the time which is understandable then they were saying it was just a fan signing for people have pre order then it wasn't it was just a back and forth situation with the place, the guards, kinda messy.. also needed to wait outside in the cold where I have a disability myself so I can't really stay in the cold for too long. towards the end of the night we thought we were gonna meet him since it was only 6 of us in line unfortunately they said no and only take a picture of him stepping outside to greet (not even get close to us) like he was some sort of trophie we can't touch lol.. anyways kinda upsetting at the end of the day it was pretty awful, I didn't got the chance to meet him at least to take one quick photo with him..., never experience this like this before with other fan meets of artists I like. maybe next time have over stock of the vinyl for people that didn't got the chance to buy one online or even heard through Licorice's promoting page, since I knew about this through Baby Keem IG post. 1. Build Better Communicate skills 2. don't lie to customers 3. have more stock for vinyls in this case for a "entry" Maybe I'll come back if they figure things out on their end.

I’ve been to LP numerous times and their staff is always down-to-earth. On 2/7, I attended Nick Jonas’ Sunday Best Handprint Session and want to RAVE about LP’s organization with this event. The event had an extremely smooth flow and was very structured. Expectations were made clear (and for the most part, almost everyone respected them). The security they hired for this event (+ Nick’s personal security) were incredibly kind, patient, and handled things well. Fantastic job hosting this event, LP 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I met Frankie and Audrey today, and we talked Chuck Berry and Lou Reed while they provided EXCELLENT service. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you both again!!!

Great shop to get records pressed! They helped us print our first album on vinyl and were there every step of the way to answer questions. They were also able to get our order shipped quickly so we had product for our upcoming tour! Deanna and Grant are awesome!

the vibe of the store is great, very organized, plus they have a sick collection of show posters on the wall. went to a listening party here and the staff was really nice and the sound system was incredible! will definitely be back!
