FYE

I came to this store with my grandson last week to buy some last minute Christmas gifts for his girlfriend. The store was EXTREMELY busy but When I was in there, I was helped out by a nice young lady with glasses and black hair. She helped my grandson find the album he needed for his girlfriend. There was, however, an older bald gentleman working in the store that was really making my grandson uncomfortable. He kept following him around and trying to peek inside of his bags like he was stealing. NOT okay! My grandson loves this store and wants to feel welcome when he's in there, but that man made him feel singled out. Please check that behavior.

I was just in the store and I don’t know if it was the store manager or a regular associate but they were beyond rude! Me and my friends always shop there and look around and have never had an issue there until today. We were only in the front of the store were an associate can see us and decided to leave and look around the stores in the mall. The sensors went off when me and my friends left the store and the associate immediately became hostile towards us. No apology or nothing when we left after he had my friend remove her bag and hand it to him. It was embarrassing for all of us especially because customers kept looking at us as if we were criminals when we did nothing wrong. Worst experience ever and will not be returning. Do better and train your associates to handle these kinds of situations better.

DO NOT sign up for their “membership” program!!! They ask for your phone number like in my case and have you thinking it’s just a loyalty program like the other stores in the mall. Once they have your permission THEN they tell you it’s a monthly program that gets you 10% discounts with a monthly charge that supposedly works at other participating stores. The employee just casually tells me I can always cancel it before the first month’s charge. Why should I have to go through all that? The employees probably don’t care because they get a kickback for each person they sign up, I’ve worked retail. This is flat out deception and unfair I’m thinking of reporting to the BBB. To have your employees deceive people is low and dirty and is no surprise FYE is another dying casualty of the retail apocalypse. Good riddance.

they like to scam you into joining their membership. it was my first time ever coming to this store and they offered to sign me up using a phone number for 10 percent off my purchase. they never mentioned that it was a membership that had a MONTHLY FEE, so i signed up thinking it was just a point reward system like most other stores. the cashier waited until after i had given her my information to tell me that it was a membership I had to pay for and that i had to go online to cancel it. NEVER GOING BACK!

This store is nice because it has some items that you've never seen...it has Japanese foods and drinks.
