I placed an order over 4 months ago and still haven't received the records or a refund. Ive emailed, called, messaged on social media etc. nothing but a run around. At this point the next step will be going to their store and taking what I want from their storefront 😐

I don't want excuses, I just want the two albums I ordered and that according to tracking, went to Maine and not Los Angeles, as they were supposed to. This is day 4 of not answering my email.

Ordered a record from them through Discogs. Extremely delayed shipping. Record arrived warped and unplayable. Horrible communication from seller. Now their Discogs account was suspended, they won’t return my messages, they haven’t issued a refund or replacement, and I’m not happy. Avoid this shop!

Got a Poolside record I’ve been looking for forever! Really good prices and selection. Owner was super nice and helpful! Will definitely be getting all my records from here.

They won't send my item after over 6 weeks (even though they list having other copies for sale) and now claim they refunded me, yet the platform (discogs) they use generates a refund page immediately if they honestly had, and they won't reply to messages now. Bad reviews keep pouring in of many other instances of customers being ignored, not receiving items, being ignored and not being refunded. Dishonest.
