I absolutely love this store. I've been on a hunt for VHS and they have a giant VHS wall. They have almost all forms of media. Some used/vintage clothing I didn't check out too much. I usually go for the media. The store is amazingly organized. The buy sale trade program is amazing. I was able to get a great amount of store credit and CASH for media I didnt use anymore. Check the website out and it will tell you what can be sold and trade with terms and conditions. Great way to make space and money!
Great looking store with a lot of cool stuff. Didn’t have a problem with the staff. Prices were fair on most items. The issue I had with was the trade system. Brought in some brand new vinyls that were never opened with price tags still on them and instead of trading I was given store credit for a 1/3 of what they were worth. I understand a store needs to make profit but I think it was not a fair exchange. I thought trading meant exchanging items of less than or equal value where both parties are getting a fair transaction. It didn’t seem fair to me. A clearer understanding of how trades are done at the store would have been helpful.
They have everything you need to serve your musical indulgence, and if they don't, they will find it for you.
Love this store. I mostly come here for collectibles and CDs. I listen majority of time to Electronic and Latin music, and while I haven’t been here to search for Latin CDs, their electronic section is actually quite good. I’ve found some really good mixes and sets from little known DJs / producers, which has exposed me to lots of good music. The staff are also very kind and it being open quite late is pretty convenient when I’m feeling a late-night impulse purchase. Lots of fun fidget toys here as well
I love me a good record store. The closest thing I’ve found to Amoeba Records here in the Southwest is this spot, and it really feels like a little version of it. They have a great selection of new and used records. I especially love their used section—it’s super well curated with stuff you’d never find at a random antique store or thrift shop. Prices are fair too, usually around $5–7 for used records. The staff are always really nice and helpful, and I love that they even have listening stations so you can preview some records before you buy. On top of the records, they also sell thrifted clothing, toys, CDs, and even cassettes. It’s just an all-around awesome place to hang out—especially for a date.
