While this has been my "local" record store, I never felt the need to review until tonight - I recieved a gift card from a friend that scanned as empty when I tried to use it. The owner was right there to help us resolve the issue and worked diligently, eventually figuring it out. Her care made me feel valued and compelled me to share this positive experience with the community. I will continue to shop here and encourage others to do the same! Check out their social media for new release listening parties, they're a fun opportunity to shop around, get some freebies, and have a chance at small giveaways :)

Super eclectic and vibey record store with some of the best variety and selection in the whole state!!! Truly incredible amount of albums and EPs to find here...I'm able to find releases here you'd normally would think would be WELL out of range in humble SE Wisconsin. Used CDs and vinyl are more than reasonably priced, and the staff are quite chill. Rewards program is awesome.

Focus on rock/pop/metal with the best in area selection of new vinyl box sets, and solid selection of new vinyl. High amount of used vinyl to go through and helpful staff. If you don’t buy frequently and take advantage of discounts, prices are slightly (3-5%) on high end in the area. That said, great selection of used and new and great customer experience so almost always worth it.

Great selection, horrible prices. I browsed for a half hour and found plenty of great stuff, but there's no way I'm paying 25-40 bucks for records I can get online for 10-15 bucks. I like supporting local records and being able to touch the record before you buy it gives me a warm feeling I like. I might stop in here again because they're next to the half price books that actually has some decent prices.... but I wouldn't make a trip to go here.

Nice range of music selections on vinyl and CD, movies on blu-ray and DVD, and the Metal Haus offers metal up the wazoo. If you’ve been to this store when it was the Exclusive Company you will find not much is noticeably different besides the carpeting.
