Vinyl Veritas

My partner and I live in the neighborhood and stumbled upon the new Front street location. We are new to vinyl and everyone in the shop was so helpful and knowledgeable. We went back again today and met one of the owners, Will, who was awesome and helped us order some records they didn’t have in stock and took us to their showroom across the street that has an even wider selection of their offerings. We got to sip on their cold brew on tap (they also have beer on tap) while browsing their amazing catalogue. Not only did we pick up an handful of special albums, but we also copped a new set of speakers that we are currently LOVING. Awesome owners and incredible staff. So excited to have found this place :) We’ll be back many, many, many more times.

So I was in Brooklyn on vacation and missed Record Store Day, then discovered Vinyl Veritas by accident two days later, and Brooklyn popped! Found several items I was looking for! Small store (I believe they're soon moving to a larger location just a block away) but it's got heart and style. They are knowledgeable, warm & friendly, and clearly have a passion for what they're doing. It's a gem of a place, GO! Support your local indies!

Best place for vinyl (and beer) lover : it has a free beer station for the thirsty one :) Will and Andrew are very friendly, and will help you to find what you’re looking for ! This place is a must in Dumbo!

Seek this hidden shop out! They have a great selection of new stuff but I also found a ton of used albums. The shop is up on the 7th floor of a building and run by some serious music lovers who started the business as collectors first and transitioned into selling. They also gave me a beer and a token to get a beer at the brewery downstairs.
