Vinyl Trunk - WE PRINT

I recently had an incident with the owner of the store. Ms. Tiffiany had the most snobbiest attitude. When it comes to guest that are trying fulfill an issue that they have. I don’t feel as though cutting someone off and having an attitude about it is the right way an owner of the store should behave.

We use Tiffany and her company for everything we need. Business yard signs and hoodies, church new member tshirts, hats and anything in between. They are especially helpful and prompt on printing.

I literally typed this in their parking lot. Ms.Tiffany (the owner) was extremely rude to me while I was in her establishment giving her business. My team has been a loyal customer for years and we always use their htv for uniforms and t-shirts. I understand that companies may change their policies, especially about returns and exchanges, but to cut me off mid-sentence before I’ve had a chance to finish explaining anything is rude. And then the excuse given was that “we can’t tell if it’s been cut or not”….. You absolutely can unroll the sheets and see if cuts have been made, do a thorough examination before accepting an exchange. I ONLY WANTED TO EXCHANGE DIDNT WANT TO RETURN ANYTHING. Keep in mind I bought over $70 worth of htv yesterday right before they closed, and some of the 12” x 20” rolls I bought were not true to length, and at least 3 of these rolls did not cut properly even with the pressure set to more. I said all that to say that, unfortunately, although I liked their htv in the past, I will no longer be giving them any more business.

These folks are great. They went above and beyond to make sure we not only got our window decals in time for an event they also helped us apply them
