Lost In Translation Communication. Poor Customer Service. I could not get an an answer for an estimate until the project was finished. It was, it won't be very much, we will get together on the pricing and what is need, we are not making that much profit, etc. TOO BAM, here is the twice as much as we kind of vaguely suggested, and you need to pay it now, no discussion, no negotiations. I called about the project at the end of December. Needed the sign up in the first of February. It was three week late! My customers to my new business were confused, and writing down the wrong information from the previous business owners old business sign. This made my business look disorganized and unprofessional. I wanted to use one of two other companies in town; However, Jack Ivey had done the sign here previously, and previous business owner I purchased from, said they were pretty good and reasonable. He was even disappointed by my experience.
Save time and money and go somewhere else. Graphic X-pressions or Matrix are both better quality and easier to deal with. Lack of communication, subpar quality of product and customer service. Jack Ivy Signs was by far the worst vendor I had to deal with in Albany. Owners have not kept up with changing technology in the sign industry, you are paying 2021 prices for 1995 work.
Jack Ivey Signs did a WONDERFUL job on the signs for my Bridal store and they were super professional and friendly! Highly recommend them for any business! :)
Great quality work and can beat the price! The lady in the office, Shelly, is the best!
They seemed interested in helping but just fizzled out...
