Cool place and great music selection, both myself and my gf were able to walk out with music records from some of our favorite artists. The person who was there (I didn’t ask for his name) was really cool too, we talked about various artists and he event recommended me some artist to check out. Definitely will check out vinyl revolution next time I’m in pacific grove.

Called the store to inquire about a record I am looking for. Website invites us to call if we are looking for something. Rude personality over the phone. I would not recommend this shop if your hoping for a friendly shopping experience. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

A few weeks ago my mom encountered the ever so famous 'Bob'. Not a pleasant man who made her feel insecure about her age and physicality. By the photos I've seen of his gracious self, he's not much to look at. Personality matches his looks.

Okay selection, I visited a year ago and purchased many records as the gentleman that helped me before was very accommodating and allowed me to listen to a couple of tracks. This trip I encountered an apparently new female owner who was not interested in assisting me with a quick listen to check out my selections. I explained that I had traveled a long way and she said she didn’t care if I purchased the records , that their “business was doing just fine.” Extreme poor customer service, I won’t be going back. Pop and Hiss is a much better option for vintage records. And the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Sign on the door is great, but maybe update your online hours so people don’t waste their time driving here.
