There was initially a mix-up with the vinyl variant I received, but Stefano was prompt, professional, and communicative every step of the way. He took the time to look into the issue, understood the details, and made sure the situation was resolved properly. Thanks to his help, I ultimately received the correct clear vinyl edition, and I couldn’t be happier. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how they’re handled that really matters — and Vertigo Vinyl handled this one the right way. I ordered a vinyl that is by far my favorite so far. I was a bit nervous because it didn’t ship out for a few days but it will dont worry. It states clearly on their site your order will be shipped at the end of the month it was placed. It makes since because I’m sure thousands of orders come through. Nonetheless these guys are legit and I’m very happy and will be buying much more from vertigo in the future! Customer service is also excellent if you call them and they are very kind. Thank you!

I saw of lot of their content online and decided to drop by and check it out on the way home from a weekend trip. The store is small but clean and well organized. I can see how it might feel crowded if there’s more than a handful of customers inside. They also have a a rack of merch from various musicians (when I went, there was a lot of Lady Gaga Tour merch.) I found that the person behind the counter was very helpful with questions about their stock, preorders, and even what’s playing in the store. Ended up purchasing a Vashti Bunyan record.

Great experience, definitely the best online record place. 100s of diffrent vinyls for all type of collectors. Shipping came fast especially for pre orders. Prices are very good, especially for what you get. A little disappointed on the splatter for the TV Girl vinyl but thats out of their controll. Will definitely be my go to from now on!
