I brought in an old (35-40yo) Lotus guitar to put on new pick-ups, new strings, a nut and a set-up. I'll admit it was dirty and had more than a little wear. When I got it back it was Amazing. Jason did a fantastic job. He's one of the very few that can do that kind of work on the south side of town. I was extremely fortunate to find him. The whole crew at TLS are outstanding and very helpful. He replaced all the electronics. ordered parts etc. Got the guitar back in a timely manner, and I don't think anyone could have done a better job than was done here by Jason. He's a dream come true. Conscientious, thorough and personable. As is Matt. I liked the work that was done so well, I brought them my Ibanez for new electronics, strings, a nut and set-up. It came back pristine. It took a little longer because of the holidays, but again in a timely manner looking bran new. The action and feel of these two guitars couldn't be better. The Graphtech nuts on both, look/work flawlessly. The effort to get the Lotus as meticulously clean as he got it was no small feat, and the ibanez looks brand new and functions better than it ever has. Both do. I can't thank them enough, but I do have 3 more guitars in need of the same treatment that I'm looking forward to bringing in. Did I mention the reasonable prices... they are very reasonable. Now all I need to do is learn how to play.

Every time we come in, they're always eager to help. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They rent and sell instruments, and they have all the supplies you need. If they don't have what you need, they know how to get it. They also repair and tune instruments. One of my favorite things about this music store is their connection with our schools band teacher. This is our second time renting through them.

After my kid is coming in today, I feel like it was just nice to see that how my kid looks so happy playing band and how your instruments are so nice that she really cherish it so I don’t think I’ll ever see you again if it breaks because it will never end your service is delightful five stars
