The UPS Store

This is the only UPS store I take things to be mailed or returned at, and I live over 30 minutes away and pass another UPS store to come to this one. Why? Because Alex H is the best! He’s always so cheerful and helpful and always makes sure I don’t forget my receipt. He makes the trip worth it just to know I’ll be greeted with a smile and a friendly face! Alex H is a gem, and we need more people like him in this world!

When I tell you Ms Debi is THE ABSOLUTE BEST! There should be a Ms Debi at every UPS Store! Courteous, Kind, Professionalism at its BEST. She ALWAYS and I mean Always greets me with the Biggest Smile. She makes getting my prints done one of the most easiest tasks. She always has them on time and she takes pride in what she does. This has got to be the best UPS store in existence. Always so friendly, so outgoing- today Alex and Rose helped me with a rather unique shipping issue, and found a great solution for me that didn't require extra brainpower from me, which I always appreciate. Keep up the great work!!

I came into the store during the busy holidays, with a lot of returns to make. Unfortunately at the time the store had no internet. Instead of turning me away, Alex went above and beyond for me. He was so kind, informative & patient with me. Thank you Alex for going above and beyond & making holiday shopping/ returning easier & less stressful! Alex is such a great access to this location!
