Music Masters

Plans fell through and my "local pickup only" purchase was totally compromised. The seller had been waiting for over a month and I had no options as I live in So. Cal. Out of desperation I cold called music masters and explained the jam I was in. The owner, Foster, was flexible and made it happen Seller dropped off the road worn tele and they boxed and shipped it to me. I just received it today. Very well boxed, quick shipping across country. Here is a picture of it after I gave it an isopropyl alcohol wipe down to remove the tobacco smell of the previous owner, new strings and a couple songs at full volume to make sure the last 6 weeks of social engineering were worth it. It was and I'm thankful music masters could step in and bring this guitar home.

The persistent hum from the single-coil pickups on my 5-string Fender Custom Jazz bass was proving problematic, particularly for livestreaming direct into the house system. After looking into options, replacing them with humbuckers became the clear solution. I entrusted Music Masters in Warner Robbins with the installation of the new Seymour Duncan Apollo Series pickups. Their service was exemplary, making the two-hour journey from Atlanta entirely worthwhile. From my initial call with Shelby, through their efficient two-hour expedited completion of the work, the professionalism and courtesy were top-notch. The bass now sounds incredible. The Apollo Series delivers a powerful, hum-free tone, easily matching the quality of the Quarter Pounders I had previously, but without any noise. This upgrade was a complete success, and I highly recommend Music Masters for their expertise and excellent customer care.

If You have Banker hours then this Place is for You!!! Not hourly Friendly. Working Class Folks. Forget it. When Ordinary People get off from Work. They are Closed. Weekend. 🤮 Don’t even try after 4 pm. Guess they are to busy out Touring!! I wanted to buy a Nice Ibenez guitar they had. But can’t EVER catch them because of THEIR CRAZY store HOuRS!!! Do Yourself a favor. Shop somewhere Else. Music Master is Not User Friendly.

I've been here a few times over the years and the staff has always been helpful. I decided to take one of my guitars in for a setup, having never done so before. Let me tell you, I wish I had done this years ago! They did a great job with it, straightening the neck and lowering the action. The guitar is definitely a pleasure to play now. I will be taking all of my guitar work to them, and be more willing to get work done because I know my guitars will be in good hands!

Went in here a while back to pick up a guitar to start my electric journey and everyone was great! I was going to buy an amp I liked, but they talked me into buying one HALF the price because it better suited my needs! AND THEY WERE RIGHT! I LOVE IT! They could've made more money if that's all they cared about, but they thought getting the right equipment for me was more important. The owner even sold me a guitar case at a discount. I'm a customer for life, now.
