If I could zero stars I would. I had an extremely poor experience today 12/13 when dropping off items for Amazon return. I arrived at 4:53pm on a Saturday and the doors were locked even though they close at 5pm. They looked at from inside the store and shook their heads “no” when I asked them to open the door. There was already one customer in the store, so when he was coming out, I went in. They were very rude, except the lady, but mostly the black guy. I explained to them that I came from across town because I looked up there hours and saw they were open until 5pm. All of my packages were ready, so all they had to do was scan my return code. The black guy was very rude and disrespectful. Thankfully, the lady took care of my return. I will not go back to this store.
Update: This location exercised their right to refuse to ship my firearm back to the manufacturer (per the manager). The location on Washington Rd. didn't have an issue doing so. customer service at this location leaves much to be desired :( . The employees (some) have a nasty disposition whenever I visit There's always a customer or two in line with complaints. Let's talk about the line...it's usually out the door. DO NOT go around lunch. Sadly, this is the most convenient location for most of us doing Amazon returns
I’m only giving this store one star because I can’t give them zero. I have had no probs with this store at all in dropping off packages but don’t try to send them and expect to have any money left! I thought they would be cheaper than USPS. No! A very light envelope would have cost $13! A much heavier package was going to be $26. Not cheap but what are you going to do? The foreign-born man who checked me out said the cost and I ok’d it. When the total came up (I had bought a $4 box) the total was $40! What?!? He was upset with me when I said I wasn’t interested in paying that much and he said that I had ok’d it. Apparently I hadn’t understood his very accented English (I had up to that point) when he allegedly told me about the extra charge. He repeated it again and I said angrily that I hadn’t understood him. For the record, I did apologize to him for raising my voice. I might as well have been talking to the wall.
Absolutely terrible service, consistently for 5 years now. The staff is always rude and unhelpful, and every time I go in-store or call they are extremely difficult to deal with.
I give them 2 stars. I have been shipping there for about 4 years and the family that used to run this place was really good. However, in the last couple years the store declined to the point where I need to find a better way to ship things.
