$$$ 02/21/2026 First time here and my takeaway is the albums are really overpriced. Most are $35 and up with a considerable amount $50+! Maybe that's the going prices but I grew up with Columbia House and my local record store (The Flip Side) sold new releases back in the day at $5 an album. I don't see how anyone can build their collection unless they have a lot of disposable income. To put into perspective, I saw Led Zeppelin in concert for $10! Other than that, it's just off that new roundabout next to the train viaduct. Be warned, the parking lot is tight and if you're driving anything larger than a small size suv, you will find it hard to park and/or navigate around the building to exit. So if you drive an obnoxiously large pickup truck, it won't fit in their lot. However, they do have handicap access but parking for handicap vehicle could be tricky based just on observation. This is also a place where children should be left at home. During my visit, the music played in the background consisted of very graphic lyrics. With all that said, it's worth checking out because this mght be your cup of tea. Addendum 02/22/2026 It appears the store didn't fully understand my previous objective review in its response. I wasn't saying I expected the prices as they were 50 years ago, but building up an album collection back then didn't require a year worth of pay. I was a teenager working minimum wage and could buy several new albums without breaking the bank. It doesn't appear the pricing is set, regardless of msrp (and the s stands for suggested btw), not towards minimum wage earners. I can see getting a special album for a gift but recurring purchases, not so much. And yes it is a handicap accessible facility and all I indicated previously is the spot I saw looked a bit tight. And for other parking, by all means bring your full size pickup. Apparently I must be mistaken about the lot because the store can navigate a full size van. And I agree wholeheartedly in 1A and feel free to bring your young children to experience the artistic experience of uncensored music lyrics. Anyway, I stand by my objective observations and it makes no nevermind if the store doesn't see them just as that. They might not agree with them but facts are facts.
Cool spot. Good variety of vinyl records and really nice staff. We appreciated the space between the aisles and how well the vinyls were organized. We will go back to visit.
First time here and already in love! I've been searching for a proper community record store, and this place is it. Supports local artists, holds events, and the people who work there are incredibly kind. Will be returning :)
I was just a traveler passing through, but the place smelled amazing and it was a wonderful selection of records!I loved speaking to the beautiful spirit there who put me on to a cool band 😀 can't wait to visit again at the new location
Kelly is KEWL and welcoming. The place hops with tunes I want to know more about. Displays are gorgeous. Selection of NEW albums is OUTSTANDING. I wanted them ALL but I need to eat. Watching a group of teens come in and talk music made this granny’s experience better and when I saw them later at a coffee shop they complimented my outfit. Kelly is helping these youth feel welcome and loved. It breeds kindness. Being a teen is hard and music helps. Thanks for the safe hangout for them and a place they will come back to with hard earned money to buy Deftones and MORE. I found a pristine used copy of The Falcon and the Snowman. Not sure if I bought it for the music or the photos of Timothy Hutton. Thankfully the David Bowie and other songs are uber cool. I’ll be back with friends! (And I live an hour and a half away and have a records store in walking distance.) I love the vending machine for local art, the rocks bubble gum machine, Snoopy buttons and kitchy items that are inexpensive. Free brand sticker too. 🤘Be sure and find this place when you are being a tourist in Woodstock for Groundhog Day etc.
