The Great Escape store is overall really cool!! I am only take a star off of my review because I was really excited to see the Spiderman Horse, that I coincidentally came across, as I scrolled through their photos on Google. Unfortunately, the Spiderman Horse is no longer in front of their store as one of their photos showed. Overall, really cool store and friendly staff. I would just recommend taking that photo down so others don't get disappointed as well.
The Great Escape is one of my favorite all time places to buy music, movies and collectibles. I've been going there since 1987 I was 14 when I first walked in that shop. I have plenty of fond memories of shopping here.Great selection and very friendly staff. I highly recommend this iconic louisville ky establishment.
Great shop for comics, music, and collectibles. I've found some incredibly weird, artistic books here at fantastic prices. I've also found Star Trek figures, weird chimera sculptures by local artists, and horror memorabilia. Such a fun place to browse.
This is my favorite comic book store!! I have literally shopped here my whole life! The staff is always friendly and so helpful! When I 1st got into comics, they had answers for all my questions!!!
Found this sister store from the one in Nashville Tn. This Great Escape is awesome!! Super friendly staff, unbelievable collection or vinyls, tapes and CD’s. Spectacular section of back issues and new and current comics!!! A must when in town!’
