As a Gen-X'er, nothing equals the feeling of walking into a record store and buying a new album. Visited Better Days earlier this evening, and the staff were super-friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Superb customer service!!!!! Thanks!!!! Proud to support local business!

Absolute gem of a shop for new and used vinyl and cds of all genres with great selection. I asked for assistance and got exceptional service from a knowledgably guy working at the counter up front who knew his inventory. Would definitely go back and highly recommend this place.

Besides every record you could want, they have a ton of cool stuff.

Better Days Records is, without a doubt, a fantastic record store. To give it anything less than four stars would feel disingenuous, because it excels so brilliantly at what it sets out to do. The key is understanding what that is. Walking in is like stepping into a beautifully preserved time capsule. The selection is vast, meticulously organized, and clearly curated by someone with a deep, passionate love for a very specific era of music. If your tastes align with that era, you have found your paradise. The Strengths (Which are many): · The Crooner Corner: The Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Ella Fitzgerald section is a thing of beauty. It's comprehensive, well-stocked, and you can find both classic albums and more obscure pressings. · 60s Obscurities: Looking for that one-hit-wonder garage band from 1966? They probably have it. The depth of their 60s rock, folk, and psych collection is staggering and clearly their pride and joy. · Classic Rock Pillars: Your Beatles, your Led Zeppelin, your Lynyrd Skynyrd—all the titans are here in force. You won't have to dig through crates to find "Abbey Road" or "Pronounced;” they’ll have multiple clean copies waiting for you. The Caveat (Which is personal): This is not the store for the modern audiophile seeking the latest indie darlings,avant-garde electronica, or even reissues of 90s alt-rock. I realized about twenty minutes in that I was a visitor in someone else's sanctuary. The "New Arrivals" bin was filled with 1974, not 2024. The few "rock" sections that weren't dedicated to classic acts were slim and felt almost like an afterthought. So, here’s the final verdict: Better Days Records is a four-star store, but I am a three-star customer for them. It is a specialist, and a world-class one at that. If your musical home is between the years of 1955 and 1975, you will leave with armfuls of vinyl and a huge smile. For me, while I can absolutely appreciate the quality and care on display, my personal wants lie elsewhere. I'm glad it exists, and I'm genuinely happy for the person who walks in and finds exactly what I couldn't—their own better days, preserved in groove and wax.

Surprisingly large store with an excellent selection of music. Their record collection is very impressive. Everything is well organized and labeled, so it's easy to find bands you're looking for. Staff was friendly. I'll definitely be coming back here.
