The Exchange

You might find some cool DVDs there but despite that, they are the greediest corporation besides Starbucks. They sell their items for 3x the price it's worth and will offer you $2 when trying to sell them something worth $50. Of course you don't get full price back when going to these places but at least give a fair offer. They will never have my business again simply for the greed they openly display. Absolutely ridiculous. The items they sell, the pop culture stuff and the collectors items, you can find all of that either at another store or online for so much cheaper. Thats not even mentioning the workers, which will take 30 minutes just to look at something you're selling and then offer such a low price for it, you just leave. Never, never, never, will I be back.

A homeless man on the corner would offer you more for your goods than this store. If you have vinyl to sell, I’d tryHollow Bone or Big D’s in the mall. These Exchange stores waste your time, lowball their offers, and mis handle and damage products they look up.

I would avoid selling records here. I brought in decent stuff like Depeche Mode and Wu-Tang and they offered me a dollar apiece. Records were in excellent shape when they asked if I wanted to accept their 15 dollar offer. I said no and then they asked if I wanted to negotiate . 0/10 would not recommend.

BUYER BEWARE I've been shopping at the exhange for over 2 decades. Bought a subwoofer at this location, they assured me it was tested. When I took it home, it did not work. After some reseach, I found iut it is a non-servicable unit. Took it back within 7 days of purchase to get a refund. The refund they were giving me was less than the amount I paid for the unit. I questioned this and was told it's because I used Exchange points to pay for some of the purchase. They confirmed to me I would LOSE all of the points I earned from the refund. After Ieft, O looked at the receipt. I lost my exchange points AND was charged a restocking fee for the item they sold me that didnt work. The Exchange is NOT what is used to be. Be very careful with your purchases and make sure they test your items before you give them a cent!

Oh. My. Gosh. This place is awesome. They have items and collectibles for most anyone. Music lovers, movie lovers, video game lovers, and collectors. And that’s just scraping the surface. They have great pricing to make sure that you aren’t getting ripped off. The associates are very kind and great people. They will help find anything if you are new. Overall, amazing place!
