Wasn't impressed by clerk, Old Guy with Grey Beard and Glasses. I was there with a friend who was looking for something specific and we didn't have much time to shop. The Old Guy was on the phone the whole time we were in the store. We patiently waited for the Old Guy to finish the call, so we looked around for 15-20 mins. There were a few other people in the store, and a person who wanted to check out. The Old Guy took care of them while still on the phone. My friend walks up to the counter to get the Old Guy's attention but didn't want to be rude and interrupt him on the phone. The Old Guy just ignored my friend completely. I was getting irritated and I wasn't even shopping there. The Old Guy finally got off the phone after 25-30mins. There were other people waiting on the Old Guy to help them or check out. This was very rude, poor customer service and the fact you could hear the phone call was social and not business related. Being the only clerk in the store, on the phone, not assisting customers should be fired.

I was aimlessly wandering around the mall waiting for my wife and stumbled into this gem of a record store! What a pleasant surprise! They have an extensive selection of new and old music that spans many genres. You'll find yourself jumping from Sabrina Carpenter to Motley Crue in the blink an eye! Friendly staff ices the cake, and I overheard the clerk (who's name I regret not asking for) even talking to a few different customers about their special orders or special requests! Great job, everyone involved! If you haven't been here, check it out now!!!

Very clean records and store, which is well organized. This place is unique in the sense that they do not sell online at all. So you’ll see rare records in store that you usually do not run across in the wild(had a OG Ween Mollusk for sale). Solid mix of used and new records. Jazz section is one of the better ones I’ve seen in a record shop in Ohio. I found clean original Funkadelic, used audiophile pressings, Japanese blue notes, and rare punk. Whether you are just getting started or have been collecting for decades, you’re likely to find something here.

I was recently in town and stumbled upon this store and so glad I did. The owner is hilarious and super knowledgeable. While we were there, the band members of breaking Benjamin came in which was cool. The owner shared some stories of people coming into his shop. I found the selection to be excellent. I even noticed a few numbered vinyls while flipping through. I will definitely make a stop into Big D’s when I’m back in Ohio in August!
