I had an amazing experience at the bone store. My dad loved Hector. Hector acknowledged us the moment we stepped foot into the store. His customer service was a 10/10. He was extremely friendly and helpful with finding the exact things we needed. I love when you go into a store and the employee is so knowledgeable about the products they carry. It just makes things so much easier. Thank you so much Hector!

Needed a lift chair for my father. Looked other places and they just weren’t the quality or comfort I expected. Went to the Bone Store in Visalia and Hector showed me the different options and capabilities. Found the perfect chair, got it delivered and set up before I had to fly back home. Hector was very knowledgeable and helpful, making the process very easy. Thank you!

Went in today with a brake issue on my Nova walker. Hector suggestion I use more press on the brake handles and that solved the problem. He was diplomatic and didn’t embarrass me. He also talked to me about lift chairs and told me about an upcoming sale. It was a pleasure meeting Hector and I will recommend your store to my neighbors. I’ll be back next week for your sale! My boyfriend and I along with his family visited The Bone Store multiple times in search a mobility chair for my boyfriend Paul. Hector Ceja met with us each time with compassion, expertise, and patience. We finally ended up purchasing the Golden Buzz Around Carry On. Hector worked with Paul’s family who were purchasing the chair for his Christmas gift. Without Hector’s kind help and caring nature we probably would not have purchased it there. Hector made us feel like we have been friends for a lifetime. This chair had already made our lives easier. Thank you Hector from the bottom of our hearts. I just want to send a shout out to Hector, hes great and very helpful, acknowledged us as we walked in even though he was helping another customer, we knew what we wanted, he was very knowledgeable and we were able to get what we needed. He even helped us load our old wheelchair and the new one into the car. Very nice man thank you again for making our shopping experience an easy thing.
