It's our 3rd time using Southern Industries. We have all our home projects completed by them. Absolutely outstanding people work for this company. The quality of service is unmatched by anyone else. We had some trouble with the installation crew, not replacing some rotted wood, not putting some nails in some spots on the siding, left some of the drop in insulation out and didn’t replace 1x4 facia wood. They kept giving excuses to Mark. We never saw Burke after he sold us the job. He made an appointment to meet with us, but never showed up. He also said he would personally check over the job after completing. After much back and forth, we talked with Fran, and she assured us not to worry about a thing. She sent the crew and Mark out and got the job looking great! We are very pleased with the end results! Thank you Fran and Mark!
