I love the store especially cause of the jellycats, but if you don’t have blue hair and wear hot topic clothes and if you’re just buying jellycats, the cashiers are so blatantly rude to you. They always just glare at me and my boyfriend and when we say anything like have a good day they just don’t respond and are so rude every time, bad customer service.

Buyer beware! They’re selling USED books for the SAME PRICE as BRAND NEW books! One of the used books we bought was $11 in store and new on Amazon is also $11. Another used book we bought was $5 in store and new on Amazon is $6… Used books should be MUCH more discounted than the new price, not the same price or only $1 cheaper. The last book we bought was $22 new in store versus $13 new on Amazon. And these are all for the same version/copy! That price hike is absolutely ridiculous and unjustifiable! The only reason we made a purchase is because we had a gift card. I’m not advocating for Amazon, just sharing for comparison of new vs used prices. Try supporting your local libraries and their book sales instead of getting majorly ripped off at a retailer.

The new location is no where near as bright and comfortable as the old one was, but it is bigger. Excellent selection of books and gifts. I especially like the large used book section. Employees are as hilariously pretentious as ever, some things never change.

Super cute and cozy place, the atmosphere felt so friendly and warm! They even have a little coffee place at the corner and this cookie pot they have there caught my eye instantly. Wish I bought it but for sure a good place to look around and browse for anything you'd wanna read

I love Schuler books. They have a great selection of used books along with new, including MANY sale items--something for every budget. I love the carefully curated displays, clean store, and cozy cafe. The new location is HUGE, so I feel like they have everything, but if not, they'll order it for you! Schuler is forever my fave book store.
