And definitely get to the monthly basement shows featuring some of the best alternative music around. James is a local legend and makes the experience one you'll come back for.

I’ve been in here a few times, but today I stopped in to take a look at their selection of skateboards . It is the coolest little store with a good selection of records and other merchandise. The owner is so friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my new favorite places in the area to go to find new music.

Highly recommend! I was on a family ski trip to boyne highlands and found this online and wanted to check it out on my way home. I go to record stores around Detroit every month and this shop is much more reasonably priced than a lot of them. Great selection of all genres, $1 records, lots of 45’s, and a very friendly/knowledgeable owner. Nice selection of skate gear and a small intimate venue downstairs for shows! Definitely check this place out if you are going to be anywhere near Grayling!

I went in this shop twice while near Grayling, MI. The second round was probably too soon since I walked away with nothing; however, the first time I found the vinyl gold I was hoping for. This is a nice little shop that does skateboards, audio recording, sells vintage apparel, stereo components, and sells a few albums. The staff were very friendly and helpful with finding stuff; as well as recommending local options. btw - cool sticker folks!

Awesome record store! James is a great guy and runs an awesome operation! Prices are super good and you can tell he cares about his customers. Highly recommend
