Small vinyl record store worth a stop!

Rockin Ruby looks small but is surprisingly well stocked. I was finishing a two week long backpacking trip and thought I would just run in and check it out. What I didn’t expect was to find an out of print box set I really wanted and no way to get it home. I contacted them via email and got a response within just a couple hours. They promised to box it up and ship it to me. I was truly delighted when I received my box set yesterday. Extremely well packed and a thoughtful little surprise as well. Next time I’m in the Seattle area I will make it my mission to find time to go back and spend more time.

Hard to describe this place. Is it a coffee shop with great music? Is it a music shop with good coffee? Yes. It has a vibe all its own, and I really hope it holds on to it. Keep doing your own thing!

Great selection of music and genres. Loved the coffee from their excellent Barista Amber. If you’re heading to the island you’ve got to stop in at one of their locations. Great vibes
