Pedro is the man, good sense of humor! Very kind and always making time for customers in the shop. Pretty decent selection of stuff in here, it goes in and out quick they always have new things to look at. Had some pretty in depth work done on a T-60 that needed a lot of help. Pedro had it done asap, and it’s the best guitar in my collection now. The quality of work is excellent. My guitars always come back better than new. Clean, with everything smooth and in order. The other staff is great as well. Fair prices, good location, this is the best option for guitars/repairs/gear in LB

I had an outstanding experience buying my first guitar thanks to Pedro! He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making the whole process enjoyable. I accidentally broke a string right after getting home, and even though I brought it back at closing time the same day, Pedro was incredibly patient. He fixed it for me without making me feel bad, and kindly explained what I did wrong. This is a great place, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new or used guitar!

I went in to have work done on my snare and Etienne and Pedro were very helpful, friendly and interesting to talk to (in the best sense of the word). Andy did a marvelous job cleaning and putting new heads on my baby: a luscious, bronze, hand-hammered Ludwig. It sings like an angel and cracks like a leather whip now. This is a smaller, local store without the glitziness of a Guitar Center. These guys are real musicians who obviously love instruments so please, please, please support them. THANKS GUYS!!! I will be shopping here for my music needs all of the time now.

Amazing service here. Firstly everyone I’ve met who works here has been incredibly friendly and helpful. Secondly I came in with a busted pickup on my acoustic guitar and Pedro fixed it for me on the spot, and was so kind and helpful. The service was affordable as well. I will definitely be back for any services I need on my guitar as well as any musical supplies I need, they have everything. Thank you guys so much for being awesome!
