Super cute locally owned shop in Downtown Wilmington. They are the first shop on the right when you walk into the shopping center. They have clothes, records, key chains, and tons of options for gifts.

Could not love this store and the girls that run it more! Not only do they have literally everything you could ever want (records, fan merch, cards, games, the cutest clothes, and more) but the women that work there are the kindest and most brilliant people you’ll ever encounter. I gladly make the 4 hour drive from Richmond just for this store, but they also ship insanely fast so I don’t have to. A billion stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Modern Legend is my favorite record store in NC and I go every time I’m in or near Wilmington. They have an incredible selection of records, home goods, clothing and fun stickers! Cat - the owner, and her staff are always so kind of helpful and fun to talk to. Cat even answered some questions for me when I told her I was working to open my own record store. I live in the western part of the state so when I can’t go in person, I order online from them and it’s always quick shipping, great packaging and great quality. Love this shop!!

My favorite store in Wilmington for the best gifts and little trinkets my wife can’t get enough of. I go every month because they’re really good at always updating their store according to the season, what’s going on in the world and that latest show or movie. Along with that they always have some old classics such as Twin Peaks and their record selection is amazing, especially the rewards program. Owner is a great person and the staff all around is just as good. They also do an amazing job at supporting smaller businesses and artists.

Love this shop so much! The employees are always so kind and helpful, and they have an amazing selection of records, home goods, stickers, and other knick-knacks. They have a great variety of things related to music icons, pop culture references, and stuff unique to Wilmington like One Tree Hill/The Summer I Turned Pretty merchandise. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my stickers and Twilight keychain, and I always refer people here! I love seeing what art/pop culture they put on their sign and snapping a photo. Such a great store and definitely one of my favorites!!
