Matt is incredible! We had a turntable from the 70s that played records just a bit too fast- while in town we stopped by Gravity to look at records and got to chatting about our issue. Matt knew exactly what the issue was and was able to fix it very quickly when we brought the equipment in. It now plays everything at the perfect speed and not only did he repair it, he explained what needed to be done and polished up the cover for us.

Matt was super kind and patient when I came in with some questions about getting a CD player set up, showed me how to hook up the speakers and everything!! I’ll definitely be stopping by more to build up my CD collection, it’s great to have a local business run by such knowledgeable and sweet people! :-)

They have an extensive collection of vinyls across many genres. I was looking for some folk punk/post hardcore and Midwestern emo.. and the pickings were slim but hey, it's niche. I found some gems and the prices were great for what I found. The shop was nice and cool, which was appreciated in the late July heat. Staff were knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. They have vintage equipment for sale too, which was fun to browse. It's a nice little shop. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.

I have purchased 5 pieces of vintage audio gear from Gravity Records. The owner is very knowledgeable of the products he sells and stands behind his work. Whenever I'm in Wilmington , I look forward to visiting his very cool shop with its wide selection of new and used vinyl, tapes and CD's!
