I can not thank Mike Daniels enough for helping us get a cubby bed for our sweet boy who is level 2 autism with wondering and pica. I have been fighting for this bed for two years. This was our 4th supplier trying to go through for the cubby bed. Thank God for Mike i truly believe if he didn't help us we would still be fighting. When I first started talking to mike it was Nov 3 and yesterday Dec 18 my sons bed was delivered and set up. My mind is blown how fast he was able to get my son approved and get everything set up. Words can't express how thankful I am and how much his help has changed our life. Both my son and I get a good night rest without the constant worry of somehow my son escaping or wondering outside our home. From the very beginning Mike was very understanding/ kind and explained every step along the way. He delivered the bed, set it up by himself, and stayed to go over everything and answer any questions I had. I can tell he truly cares about his job and helping others who need help making sure their baby is safe. Thank you so much mike for helping our family we are so blessed. Five Stars+! I recently ordered a new power wheelchair through Merchant Home Medical Services. The service provided by Mike and the staff was extraordinary. I was very hesitant to get a new chair, because I currently had used my wheelchair for 18 years and it can be overwhelming to adapt to a new chair. Mike was very good at listening to what I desired to have in a wheelchair and provided me with multiple options. He did not rush me to pick any wheelchair, but wanted me to pick the best wheelchair for my situation. Not only did he meet with the physical therapist to get the paperwork signed, but he also completed the necessary paperwork for the doctor. He was also able to schedule a meeting with a staff member from the wheelchair manufacturer so that I could have all of my questions answered before I committed to ordering. Now that I have my new chair, I am happier than I ever imagined I would be adjusting to a new wheelchair. Mike has even come out to make adjustments on the chair to make it as comfortable as possible. The ordering process was easy because of the great staff at this company! Let’s forget the five star rating because I’m going to give them a 10 out of 10!

Miss Stacy tried to get me a new wheelchair in 2023. She was unsuccessful, blaming it on the paperwork submitted by my physical therapist. She tried again in 2024, this time using her therapist because “he knew how to submit the proper paperwork.” She got the approval, ordered the wheelchair (and when it got delivered to me, in was 2 1/4 inches wider than my old one, resulting me in not being able to go into my bedroom, or any bedrooms in my house). This time it was my fault for not having 32 inch wide doors. I didn’t accept the wheelchair and she left me high and dry telling me “I can’t do business with you”. I found another DME company locally and finally got my new wheelchair delivered in April 2025! I will never do business again with this company!

I have had the pleasure of knowing Mike for years and when it comes to my daughter medical equipment needs or even questions and concerns that I have He has always provided me with a response. Her Equipment and other medical needed supply orders are received in record timing and I am so grateful to have this company provide my daughter with her medical equipment needs. Thank you for such a long standing relationship and for all of the good you do. I would not want to give our care to anyone else.

Merchant Home Medical is a Great Company and have a Great Staff, That when I call the person(s) go out of their way to help me with any questions or concerns I have. I got my New Power Chair from Merchant, they handled everything from start to finish, and my New Chair came, was delivered and taught how the Chair Works.
