I've been to many local game shops. Some big and some small. I think I've found the place I'm gonna buy my mtg, pokemon, and one piece. Being new to the hobby many places just laughed me off. Brody didn't. He took the time to help me build a playable commander deck as well as educate me on proper card storage. Brody's care has created a life long customer. I hope my review is seen by leadership. Brody deserves recognition

Today i have to give out 4 stars! I had a pleasant experience they have a variety of games. From DND- nintendo64 games, as well as card games. Game prices are decent and trading prices are decent. I can say they're better than gamestop, but there was a couple issues! 1. No information posted saying that they require ID to put you in a system. 2. They are lacking in game councils systems. 3. Yes, they are friendly! I feel little more details in customer service interaction! (Like asking about games they like!, to try to have the customer leave with something instead of nothing) All in all, it was a pleasant first experience. I recommend check in this place out and you decide for yourself!

It’s fairly organized and clean but takes ages to turn anything in. I went in to trade in a Wii with a couple games maybe a half dozen or so. It has taken well over an hour and they are still not done. They have been telling stories and ranting about other coworkers instead of getting stuff checked out for the customers waiting in store. I got so freaking bored I decided to leave a review. Mind you the workers are kind, but this trade is probably not worth my time at this point. If you can I recommend doing a drop off and coming back another time.

This is one of my husbands and I favorite places to go! Wayyyy better than disk replay! Every time we go we find something brand new like it was never open for really cheap! The guys that work there are amazingly nice! A bonus is their cards if you get 6 signatures you get 25 dollars store credit and it's well worth it!!

I have been coming here the past 8 months or so, and I love it. Both my wife and come to live through nostalgia, but for me, I’m mainly looking at Pokemon cards. Brodie and Drew have been a huge help to me when buying Pokemon cards and also selling individual cards/sealed product. These guys do an amazing job on quality control, and sometimes the prices are cheap, trying to help out collectors. I’ve spent a lot of time and money here, the other staff members are really friendly and overall this place is a must visit. 10/10, highly recommend it and definitely check out their Pokemon section. Brodie is amazing! Bring in your collection to show to get a price point on, he’ll definitely give you fair value
