I drove from White Lake to Flint just for this store. Such variety but moreso the prices are the best compared to other local shops in Flint and south to Oakland County.

They have a great collection of retro games. I have got many good games from them and love stopping in and snagging little surprises every time I'm in town. The customer service has always been very good! Love that we have places like this!

I had my ps5 hdmi port fixed. Was done very quickly. Called me as soon as the service was done. They did a great job, timely and thorough.

I recently visited Michigan from out of state and purchased a game for the Xbox 360 titled Wanted: Weapons of Fate. However, upon returning home and opening the case, I discovered that the disc inside was actually Batman: Arkham Asylum, which was not the game I intended to purchase. This appears to have been an oversight during checkout or packaging. I contacted the store to request that the correct disc be shipped to me, given that I live out of state and returning in person isn’t feasible. Unfortunately, I was informed that nothing could be done because the disc wasn’t verified before I left the store. While I understand store policies may vary, I believe it’s reasonable to expect the product to be accurately matched to its packaging at the time of sale. This issue could have easily been resolved by shipping the correct disc—an effort that would take minimal time and cost—but I was disappointed to learn that the store was unwilling to accommodate this solution. I’m reaching out in hopes that this situation can still be made right. I’d appreciate your help in resolving the matter. Update: I was able to speak with the store manager, who resolved the issue by arranging to have the item shipped to me via FedEx. I’ve updated my rating from 1 to 3 stars due to his helpfulness and willingness to address the situation. Unfortunately, my initial experience was less positive—the associate I first spoke with made no effort to find a solution.

My son really wanted an Xbox 1, and they had it. They had the 1TB one, and it was very responsibly priced. He was very happy 😊 and the staff was kind and helpful. We will definitely be coming back for other gaming consoles, games 🎮 or other things my son may need. Great 👍 place to get great deals on used gaming equipment. Thank you guys 👦 and gals 👧.
