Pretty good prices and selection of products! However some of the staff are not very knowledgeable about certain things and the older gentleman’s customer service skills are not great. Also, I agree with some of the other reviews: you can be standing at the counter for a while until someone asks if you need anything or are ready to check out, even when they are not busy.
The blonde guy ran out of the store at us and I was absolutely terrified! I thought he was going to plow me right down!!! Luckily he ran past me and was disarmed by the ice he slipped on. His big ahh slipped right to the ground. Once I got inside he followed us nonstop with googoo eyes for my bf?? And then get this, my bf tried to accuse me of being in love w this dude?! I think this blonde guy has something going on w my man. But whatever, store is pretty nonchalant overall and they had some fire dvds.
The blonde haired one was incredibly attractive. My gf threatened to leave me for him. Even though the expierence has tainted my relationship. I myself cannot blame her because his service was unrivaled and he followed my every command. The customer is always right and he followed that to heart.
These folks are great. Had a terrible situation with GameStop when they gave a terrible description about what they needed to do a trade-in on a system. They actually recommended coming to Media Reload. Best decision that I made. Not only was the trade made but we got so much more for our dollar at this shop. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and great with my little guy. They were quick on the inspection and trial of the system I was going to trade in. I would 100% recommend this to everyone they have so much more than just games and consoles. They have tons of collector items and just a bunch of cool stuff. Definitely go and check these guys out!
I grew up in Flint, but since moving to Tennessee for college, it's rare for me to return home for a visit. For the first time in years, my wife, son, and I made a short trip back to Michigan to visit family over the Memorial Day weekend. Knowing that my son loves browsing video games and I love flipping through new and used vinyl, my cousin suggested we check out Media Reload while we were out and about. From the outside, it looks like a small little shop, but once you walk inside, there's a substantial amount of space with everything from comics and vinyl records to collectibles and games from just about every system you can think of. They have a nice selection of vinyl. I actually picked up three 12" singles to take home with me. I got them at a fantastic price, considering the great shape they are in. I didn't see any 45s for sale, but other than that, I was impressed with what they had to offer. Again, I don't get a chance to go back to Flint often, but when I do, I'll make it a point to stop back by this place to see what they have in stock.
