I was there last week to pick up a dress and I want to recommend this store. The owner is very kind and patient with her customers. I witnessed a customer who was being rude and yelling at everyone, and the owner tried to calm her down, but the customer kept screaming like crazy even though she was in the wrong. It's worth mentioning that this store has good prices and beautiful dress styles. 100% recommended!

I went in this shop the beginning of July to get a back up wedding dress because my first dress & veil were not complete as promised So I found a beautiful dress and tried on a few veils however, she did not have any veil that was close to what I wanted so I asked her if she could make me one she said yes I asked how long and she said she could have the dress altered in Vail ready for me in a week if I went and got the material So I ran around and back & forth to her boutique a few times and got all the material and supplies to make the veil. I actually had to come back to her store three times because I didn't have enough material After dropping off all my material I told her I'd be back in a week to pick everything up a week goes by. I go back to the shop to get my veil and dress and she asked me to give her another week because she was going on vacation and she would have it ready by August 2 so I left I come back on August 7 to give her a few extra days to get everything together and to my surprise, she asked me to give her another week well by now we are on the 3rd week & my wedding is in 2 weeks so I just don't have time to play around with something you promised me you could complete in a week I begin to panic When she sees I am upset she proceeds to tell me that the dress is ready just not the veil so I go try on the Dress into my surprise. It has not been altered as she said she would put on straps and heem up the front. There were visibly no straps and the dress was still as long as it was when I left She had lied straight to my face so I began to cry! Once I started crying she offered me a refund and to reimburse me for the veil that she claim she started on however was unable to produce the veil when I asked to see the progress She told me she was working on it at home I already fell in love with the Dress so I really didn't want to do a refund, but however, I didn't trust her anymore and end up with no dress So we agreed to the refund, but when it was time to refund me my money, she said that she needed to see the The receipt that she already had a copy of in her book with my name on it and a receipt for the supplies that I brought her for the veil understandably so when I did not have the receipt on me for the material, but I did have the receipt for the dress, but when it was time to give me my money, she said I would have to come back the next day because she did not have the cash on hand and she would have to go to the bank so I come back the next day with all my receipts from the material that I had given her to make my veil and the receipt for the dress she already had the receipt out and my money ready to refund me for the dress, but told me that she would not be reimbursing me for the material now, and She hands me some of my material (the veil was never started as she said) and when I ask where the rest is she claims I never gave it to her mind you I have a receipt of everything that was purchased & given to her My mother n law looked down & it was located in her display case, and when my mother-in-law pointed it out she picked it out of her display case and gave it to me. this lady lied over and over again to me. I would not recommend her services as if she takes your money and does not have the time are the staff to take on more than a few alterations at a time? She is very unprofessional and does not tell the truth. I was able to find the exact same dress & a veil already made along with a bouquet to match at Blush Couture located inside Haynes Mall in Winston The dress cost more than I paid at Mya's Bridal but the manager matched the price & made sure that I had everything I needed for my special day. I thank God I was able to find another dress because the whole experience Mya's Bridal has left a bad impression of small boutiques I just don't know what happened to honesty and integrity

I just love this place! They have excellent customer service. Been there a few times while looking for sweet 15 dresses and they always treated us very well. She is very professional, kind and has great prices for everything. All her products are of top notch quality! I have recommended tons of family and friends. Make sure if you’re in the mall to stop by and take a look at their stuff as it is Highly recommended.
