Anytime I’m passing through SI I make sure to stop by Majors for vinyl records. Their prices are reasonable and the staff is nice. They also buy and trade records as well. They’re really the only quality record shop on the island.

I've been going here for almost over a year now. I've been Coming here multiple occasions every month , ow prices wide selection of movies. TV shows multiple formats. Great customer service. I'm a regular.

This is my favorite place in the world all I want to do is walk down forest and see the majors sign. This place is classic and the men who work here are straight class.

Drove all the way from Brooklyn only to find out they were closed even though it said they were open on Google Maps. I was upset and decided to just go to the mall to peruse the record selection at Barnes and Noble but thankfully I discovered Newbury Comics inside Staten Island Mall!! Amazing selection there and I highly recommend! If you find yourself in the same situation as me with trying to go here and they randomly closed do yourself a favor and check Newbury Comics in Staten Island. If you search record store on google maps Newbury Comics doesn’t show up. It should because Staten Island is limited with their record selections. I dropped $300 at Newbury. Majors missed out on my money, majorly. I’ll give them another chance though.
