Great selection of used vinyl! Found several pieces of treasure and could not be happier with my purchases and the price! One of the records that I intended to buy got left behind and they graciously found it for me and got it shipped out the next day. Such a cute vinyl store! The selection is quite complete with plenty of great finds for music lovers. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed. I even saw a cute cat there which made the visit even better!!!

Louisiana Music Factory is on the edge of the French Quarter. If you drive parking isn’t easy and the neighborhood is about like you’d expect for that section of town. But it’s worth the effort to get in there. They have a great selection of local music and lots of cds vinyl and DVDs. The nice thing about the vinyl is that they do have new items but even more used. And the used selections are fairly priced. They of course have a large jazz selection but also country, rock, soul, folk, and blues.

Barry the owner is a lovely guy and was so happy to help. Loved this store for all the different styles of music and rare gems on the walls. Fantastic selection of new orleans music in dedicated sections. Cds and vinyl. Mostly catering for rock, folk, jazz, blues and soul, this is a place that is worth coming for a dig for sure. In a top location that has plenty of other great things like the jazz museum nearby.

This is a music lovers paradise! They have CD’s, vinyl records and albums, books, posters and much more. It’s near the Jazz Museum and they are affiliated. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in New Orleans!
