Jockamo Records

Stopped by during a family road trip. Found this place to be really cozy and quaint, with fair prices across the board. I really enjoyed flipping through their jazz and female vocal sections! Additonally, they had a great CD selection. The owner was also really nice to interact with. Was able to pick up some records to add to my collection, and would reccomend this record store to any collector stopping by Ventura!

As a recent vinyl collector I fell in love with this hidden gem in Ventura. Dave is so knowledgeable and we had a great chat about music, music venues, and the like. He even cleaned up some of my used purchases and let me listen to the renewed quality through the store’s own sound system. The place can’t be more than 200 square feet, but it is stocked to the gills with records, CDs, cassette tapes, posters, etc. Highly recommended!

Found most of Franz Ferdinand's albums in just one trip here, and some other classics. Needs more variety tho, mostly just rock albums and a small selection of other genres. Great shop tho, would definitely visit again next time I visit the area.

Nice mix of vinyl but tons of Classic rock. Found some cool stuff in the bargain bins. Friendly service. Cool little shop can't wait to stop in again.
