There are two sewing shops in Augusta, and Jeff's is by far the better. They have a good selection of sewing machines, vacuums, and sewing supplies. They even carry some great potato fabric. The employees are friendly, helpful, and not at all pushy. The sewing machine we bought came with a free lesson and free needles, bobbins, and feet. Another perk is 10% off all future purchases. Highly recommend.

Took my shark vacuum in for service, pretty sure the belt was broke but the man who works on them wasn’t interested in checking it., stating oh we can’t get parts for sharks, we can’t help you. Not very helpful at all.

Lovely store with lots of sewing machines, fabric, and such. Very nice people. I took my 1935 Singer in for a service and I'm excited to see it working for the first time in my lifetime!

Just had a GREAT experience. Took my personal embroidery machine in for a service and had in back in less than 24 hours!!! This amazed me- I’m used to waiting 6+ weeks in my old state. This was my first experience and I will definitely be back. Customer service was top notch! The gentleman met me at the door and carried my machine in without being asked. And when I picked up the lady was super friendly, knowledgeable, and took her time showing me around and answering my questions. These days that’s hard to come across, but these people really made me feel like an appreciated customer. Can’t wait to get back to sewing!!
